The limestone of Ançã, unique in Portugal, has received the prestigious recognition as a World Heritage stone.

The UNESCO seal represents a testimony to the geological richness of our country, of this stone, and of the region that produces it, now celebrated and protected as an integral part of world heritage.
Our Cantanhede quarry is located in Nova Outil, and extracts 1500 m3/year of Ançã stone.
