The DONATONI Z 1600 is the new addition to AireLimestones. This new multifunctional CNC work center is suitable for processing straight, concave, convex, arched molding, two-dimensional and three-dimensional section excavation, column torment, carving and cutting of any kind.
These CNC is of large dimensions with numerical control of 5/6 interpolated axes, in order to become versatile and of high productivity. Through the steel bridge with amplified structure, the axes movements generated by brushless motors coupled with high precision reducers and the sliding of the X and Y axes on linear guides and racks, it is possible to produce objects of different dimensions and shapes, with extremely finishing precious.
The new CNC are our key point to face more and more challenges and complex projects of designers and architects.
With the simple Parametrix software it is possible to optimize the management of cutting pieces of different shapes from slabs. This program allows managing cutting processes with blades, introducing straight and curvilinear shapes. Thus, based on the available surface, it is possible to automatically configure the positioning of the parts and the sequence of cuts.
